Termination & Refund Policy

  • Prior the beginning of fulfillment of the project – 30 calendar days after the purchase: 100% of purchase price. After we begin the project, author is not eligible for a refund.
  • NOTE: Commencement of a project occurs when Author’s materials had been submitted (Author’s materials includes the signed Limelight Press and Media agreement form), or when we or a third party contractor commence work on the Service, whichever occurs first.
